Will the workout be hard?

The workout will challenge you, but your coach will scale it to your current fitness level.

Pull-ups may become jumping pull-ups, banded pull-ups or ring rows. Push-ups may be performed from the knees, on an elevated surface, through a reduced range of motion or against a wall.

Your Free Trial will not include complex barbell or gymnastics movements. Those skills are introduced later through Elements and regular coaching.

What if I need to reschedule?

Let Coach Rachel know as soon as possible. We will accommodate a reschedule and appreciate as much notice as you can reasonably give.

Can I attend more than one Free Trial?

The Free Trial is intended as a one-time introduction. Afterward, Basic Elements, Elements Plus or Private Elements provide the structured coaching needed to continue.

What is the difference between the Elements options?

Basic Elements: a structured small-group introduction offered at South Park and Potrero Hill.

Elements Plus: the complete group Elements experience plus HYROX and all-levels Gymnastics at South Park.

Private Elements: four private one-hour sessions with flexible scheduling and individualized instruction.

All three include a coach test-out before entering regular CrossFit classes.

What happens after I complete Elements?

Your coach will evaluate your movement understanding, your ability to follow class instruction and your readiness to train safely.

Once cleared, you may choose a two-times-per-week, three-times- per-week or unlimited membership, with access to both South Park and Potrero Hill.
